Do you manage the Barefoot Bay Recreation District?
No. The Barefoot Bay Recreation District is a county-created special district with its own elected trustees and staff. We serve HOAs and condominium associations in the surrounding area.
Do you serve Sebastian?
Our focus is Brevard County. The City of Sebastian is in Indian River County; contact us to discuss whether we can serve an association there.
Do you offer limited or financial-only management?
No. We provide full-service community association management only: financials, meetings and records, maintenance and vendors, compliance and resale processing, handled together by one licensed firm.
