Frequently asked questions
What is a white-glove full-service real estate brokerage and property management firm?
Elite Class Property Management and Real Estate Company is a white-glove full-service commercial and residential real estate brokerage, property management, and community association management firm that delivers comprehensive real estate services under one roof. Our approach combines personalized service, proactive communication, professional oversight, and attention to detail to create a seamless experience for Owners, investors, landlords, sellers, buyers, Tenants, and community associations.
As a full-service firm, we provide residential and commercial brokerage services, seller representation, buyer representation, property marketing, leasing, Tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, vendor management, financial reporting, asset preservation, investment property oversight, and full-service Community Association Management ("CAM") services for Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Condominium Associations.
The term "white-glove" reflects our commitment to delivering a higher level of service, responsiveness, professionalism, and accountability. We strive to provide practical solutions, maintain clear communication, and protect the interests of our clients at every stage of ownership, management, leasing, buying, and or selling.
Whether you own a single-family home, multifamily property, commercial building, office space, retail center, mixed-use development, vacation rental, corporate rental, investment portfolio, Homeowners Association (HOA), or Condominium Association, our goal is to simplify management, enhance operational performance, protect asset value, stabilize procedures, and support your long-term real estate objectives.
While Elite Class Property Management and Real Estate Company offers a comprehensive suite of services, not every client may receive the same scope of services, procedures, pricing structure, or management plan. Certain clients may have customized service packages, grandfathered terms, negotiated provisions, legacy service agreements, association-specific management contracts, board-approved service structures, or other unique arrangements. This is particularly common among long-term clients, Homeowners Associations (HOAs), Condominium Associations, and clients operating under older agreements.
Although our company maintains standardized policies, procedures, systems, and operational practices whenever possible, the services provided, responsibilities assumed, fees charged, reporting standards, maintenance procedures, approval requirements, communication protocols, and overall client experience may vary based on numerous factors, including the applicable agreement, property type, association requirements, board directives, legal requirements, operational needs, and other circumstances.
For this reason, Owners, association board members, residents, Tenants, and other interested parties should carefully review the specific Service Agreement, Management Agreement, Listing Agreement, Lease Agreement, governing documents, addenda, board resolutions, and other applicable contracts and records affecting their property or association.
